You are ‘Haley’, a simple and hardworking individual, you are currently working for a counseling firm that has recently employed the use of therapy dogs in some of its sessions. Recent feedback from clients has suggested that the program will be a welcome addition and has been approved for a trial run before future investment.
The program consists of one dog and its retainer as well as the counselor who has been trained in the usage of animals in therapy. The clients you are expected to be working with over the next few weeks are a mix of people with various circumstances and issues of varying ages and ethnicity.
The overall aim of the program is to provide clients a sense of affection or care during their therapy process with the expected outcome being improved progress.
